Batch Powder Coating
Batch coating is ideal for small quantities, heavy parts, large dimensions, custom colors, special masking, and rush orders. When extra attention to detail is needed for the individual project, the batch area gives full control to the powder coat technician. This is especially important when extra cleaning steps or difficult to access areas require extra time for powder application.
Typical parts processed in a batch area would include car and motorcycle frames and parts, railing and stair systems, fabricated architectural parts, and industrial machinery, as long as they are made out of metal.
Powder can be applied to carbon steel, aluminum, stainless, galvanized, copper, and lead, though each type of metal may have different preparation or coating process requirements. We can powder coat parts up to thirty feet long in one of our three large batch ovens, with the material handling equipment necessary to handle large parts with significant weight requirements.
